The course provides operational technical terminology in English in the port, railway, road, airport and hospitality sectors. It enables participants to:
- Communicate effectively with foreign users
- Prepare for the exam at the Prefecture (Prefettura) for certification as a security guard for subsidiary security services (addetto alla sicurezza sussidiaria) under Ministerial Decree 154/2009
- Also use technical terminology correctly in settings such as healthcare, culture, justice and retail
