The course is aimed at security staff working in international settings who need to communicate effectively with foreign users. The course provides operational technical terminology in English in the port, railway, road, airport and hospitality sectors. It enables participants to:
Communicate effectively with foreign users;
- Prepare for the exam at the Prefecture (Prefettura) for certification as a security guard for subsidiary security services (addetto alla sicurezza sussidiaria) under Ministerial Decree 154/2009;
- Also use technical terminology correctly in settings such as healthcare, culture, justice and retail.
