The course is aimed at security staff who work in settings with a large number of Spanish-speaking users. It provides operational technical terminology in Spanish in the port, railway, road, airport and hospitality sectors, through specific phrases tailored to the participants' working environment.

A certificate of attendance is issued.

• Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking users
• Acquire the language skills useful for the exam at the Prefecture (Prefettura) for certification as a security guard for subsidiary security services (addetto alla sicurezza sussidiaria) under Ministerial Decree 154/2009
• Also use technical terminology correctly in settings such as healthcare, culture, justice and retail
